Pennsylvania trooper accused of causing deadly DUI crash

A Pennsylvania state trooper has been charged with causing the death of a 21-year-old Philadelphia woman. According to reports, the officer was drinking at a golf outing dedicated to a singer who was killed by a drunk driver. The off-duty trooper got behind the wheel of his vehicle and allegedly caused another individual to fall victim to the scourge of drunk driving.
