Georgina Zogby will avoid jail time and serve probation after being sentenced for a number of criminal offenses stemming from a drunken driving arrest in July 2011. The wife of Pennsylvania Budget Secretary Charles Zogby will spend three years on probation after being convicted for fleeing police and DUI.

Charges filed in nonfatal DUI crash case

A crash in Peters Township, Pennsylvania, left two people injured. The drunk driving accident, which occurred last month, has led to charges recently being filed against the alleged drunk driver. No fatalities were reported, and both drivers involved in the two-vehicle crash survived.
