Video footage from a public transportation bus will be evaluated for clues to the cause of a head-on collision with a passenger vehicle on the morning of May 1 in Pittsburgh. The driver of the passenger vehicle, the bus driver and two bus passengers suffered injuries, according to officials.

A 75-year-old Pennsylvania man was left in serious condition following a Dec. 17 collision with a propane truck. The propane truck pulled out of a driveway and collided with the man's vehicle, sending it into a ditch where the 75-year-old man became trapped.
Pennsylvania State Police confirmed that a 76-year-old man died as the result of a three-vehicle collision on U.S. 11 in Antrim Township on Dec. 3. Purportedly, the 76-year-old man had been traveling northbound on the highway when he collided head-on with a southbound car that crossed the centerline.
