An accident in western Pennsylvania that occurred almost two years ago is being revisited as the trial for the driver in the incident begins. The car crash happened on Feb. 21, 2010, just before 2 a.m.
A state trooper was recently taken to the hospital after a crash in New Garden, Pennsylvania. The 24-year-old male who graduated from the State Police Academy in April suffered internal bleeding and a broken pelvis after his squad car was hit by a 47-year-old woman in a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. According to the authorities, the woman was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
