John H. Filice, a Partner with the law firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg & Gifford P.C., joined the firm in 2001 after graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law, Richmond, Virginia. He was a Manuscripts Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review.

Mr. Filice is active in the community having served on the board of Generations of Indian Valley, a senior center located in Souderton, Pennsylvania, since 2017, and offers legal services to its members on a monthly basis. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Federal and Pennsylvania courts.

Mr. Filice has been recognized by Best Lawyers® as a Best Lawyer in America in 2025 and was also recognized as one of Pennsylvania’s Rising Stars, as published in Philadelphia Magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2015, and 2016. In 2022, he was named a Top Lawyer in Montgomery County. His practice consists of estate planning, estate administration, real estate and business formation.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office for the City of Richmond, Virginia and in the Mental Disabilities Law Clinic at the University of Richmond.

Mr. Filice obtained his B.A. in English/Pre-Law from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude in 1998. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, he graduated from Souderton Area High School in 1994.
