How Long Will Your License Suspension Last for a DUI Conviction in PA?

In general, you face license suspension if your blood alcohol content (BAC) was measured at .08 to .099 percent. Following a first offense, you can avoid suspension provided that you complete the requirements of an Accelerated Rehabilitative Discharge (ARD). With prior offenses, you face a 12-month license suspension. If you registered a higher BAC, your license may be suspended for up to 18 months. You may also face up to five years in prison.
