If you own real estate in Montgomery or Bucks Counties, it is easy to set up your own account:
- Montgomery County: Visit the Public Access System and follow the instructions to create your account.
- Bucks County: Visit the Fraud Alert Portal to sign up.
This service is FREE and provides an invaluable opportunity to protect one of your most valuable assets. Both counties will provide you with an alert if fraud is attempted against your property.
We recommend taking the time to register your Montgomery or Bucks County properties today. If you live in another Pennsylvania county, check your county’s Recorder of Deeds Office online to see if a similar service is available.
